At Silver Leaf Senior Living, care levels are based on each resident’s individual needs and the amount of assistance required with daily activities. Our goal is to provide the right level of support while allowing each resident to maintain as much independence as possible.

Silver Leaf Senior Living offers a private room dedicated to end-of-life transitions, providing a peaceful, comfortable, and private environment for residents and their families during this important time. Silver Leaf Coordinates with hospice to provide services as needed.
This option is for patients transferring from a skilled or hospital facility for a short term stay for end of life care. We charge a flat rate of $1500 for the first 5 days of a resident's stay.
Each additional day starting on day 6 is charged at $250 per day.
Some examples of additional charges that may apply
This fee helps cover the administrative time, preparation, coordination, and staff resources involved in welcoming a new resident into the community and assisting with the transition out of the community when a resident moves or their stay ends. This includes move-in and move-out coordination, room preparation, paperwork, care planning, and related administrative tasks.
Personal care items such as diapers, wipes and chucks are not included in the monthly rate. This is sometimes provided by the family, insurance, or hospice. If we order supplies for you, the cost is typically around $150 per month.
A bed hold charge of $50 per day applies if a resident would like to reserve a specific bed or room but is not ready to move in yet.
Care levels and rates are examples for pricing purposes and should be individualized based on the resident’s current assessment, service plan, and applicable California RCFE requirements.
